· An adaptive reuse of a former Colgate Palmolive warehouse. Converted from a warehouse to 64 loft condominiums and 1 commercial space. Much of the original architecture was retained including brick barrel vaulted ceilings.

· Two towers, 377 unit mixed use development including 20,000SF of retail space. 2019 Winner of the NJ Builders Association Rental Community of the Year over 200 units. Many ground breaking upscale amenities were included in this project.

· 104 Unit Condominiums located in Hoboken NJ. Approved in 1984, this building was the first residential high rise in Hoboken and the first to contain New York style amenities as well as shuttle service to the PATH.
