Louis Mont
- Louis (“Lou”) Mont has 40 years of real estate development and management experience including conception and oversight of his own ventures and projects, as well as the many ventures and projects he’s developed and managed for other companies and developers. Among them include projects for multifamily high rise properties, single family sub-division communities, and industrial building construction and management projects. Both in partnerships with, and in executive management roles, Mr. Mont has worked closely with large multi and single family home developers, as well as primary oversight responsibility for operations of an industrial/commercial company with over seven million square feet of space.
- Mr. Mont has worked closely with private investors, local and regional banks and Wall Street firms as the executive primarily responsible for the management of millions of dollars in private foreign investment funds and the oversight of hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate development loans, and as an independent consultant for real estate companies, banks and private parties who have found his expertise to be invaluable for business set up, operations oversight and property management.
- Mr. Mont is also astute and accomplished in accounting systems, computer and software systems design, and improving associated procedures and policies which, together, have been instrumental in reorganizing and managing companies, contributing measurably to their growth. To stay in touch with the fundamentals and current trends in the industry Mr. Mont continues to maintain his real estate license. He has been a Planning Board Commissioner and Chairman in the community of Washington Township, NJ for over 15 years and as far back as 1989 was named one of the “Top 50 People Impacting New Jersey’s Economic Future” by the Business Journal of New Jersey,
